When God created the world, he established seasons: day and night, monthly and annual cycles. We are invited to enter into these rhythms. We are invited to receive time as a gift from God in such a way that it is life-giving to others and to ourselves. In God’s eyes, time is not a scarcity; he gives each one of us enough.

Resources for Some Spiritual Practices
Life-giving rhythms need to include rest and work, relationships and solitude, bodily exercise and celebration… we cannot reduce this topic to one dimension or aspect of life. Yet all of this finds its centre and grounding in our relationship with Christ. And so, spiritual practices play a key role in developing life-giving rhythms.
The following resources were prepared in and for the IFES context. These are only some examples of spiritual practices. But maybe these resources can help us discover expressions of our life in Christ with which we are not so familiar:
